Program Overview

Scope of Work

The Realty Program is responsible for providing assistance, oversight, monitoring, and coordination for the protection, management, planning, conservation, development and utilization of Pueblo and individually owned trust and restricted lands.  Functions associated with this office include: Acquisition, Disposal, Tenure, Rights-of-way, Service line agreements, Permits, leasing, and sales.

The Office is also responsible for the administration of all encumbrance documents that are currently active on the Pueblo of Laguna and those to be issued in the future for both Pueblo and individually owned lands. Maintains all of the trust documents related to the Pueblo of Laguna and individually owned lands and the legal boundaries of those trust lands.
